Does always being hungry mean their is something wrong with me?

I am very active and I eat healthy but once or twice a week I eat like a lot of food and can't stop the cravings. I eat a pop tart, a granola bar, yogurt, then a huge bowl of ice cream and graham crackers and peanut butter then a big glass of water and I still feel hungry. I'm not fat at all. Is this bad for me? And what does eating all this food mean? Is something wrong with me?

Being active, it's normal to have carb cravings...especially if it's high exertion activities that get your metabolism working in over drive...but always make sure you are hydrating properly (actually one of the reasons for hunger is actually needing water).

Teens happen to eat more often than adults do, if you are a teen. Considering your pic, I'm guessing your a girl, and maybe say pregnancy? But if none the above, I think its normal and if you do have concerns, make a appointment with your doctor. Be careful, I've known many friends who ate like that and it caught up to them later.

The more nutrients u burn, the more you're going 2 want 2 eat. Just eat when ur hungry. U have a very active metabolism.

I don't think there is anything wrong with you. Just make sure you're drinking enough water! Most Americans confuse being thirsty for hunger pains. Drink a glass of water before you eat. :)
