Does eating hot sauce make pooping hurt?

I occasionally eat spicy foods. And 75% when i eat spicy foods, it hurts to poop. It doesnt actually hurt, its more of a tingling sensation (in the anus) My parents say its because i eat too much spicy foods. Does eating spicy foods have any effect on how it feels to go poop, or do i need to go to the doctor?

There is a local Guyanese saying, %26quot;It is good pepper when you get burned in three places.%26quot; So yes spices are going to cause this effect. Research has shown that pepper and almost all other spices are beneficial to your health, the burning effect will usually lesson with consistent use over time.

The best way to ease the burning pain from pepper is to douse the area in question with oil. Usually that entails swishing oil around your mouth.

If it%26#039;s hot going in it will be hot coming out.

It%26#039;s just the capsaisin (the chemical that makes peppers hot) passing through your system.

Yes sometimes after I eat Mexican, ie, salsa, jalapenos, I have a little discomfort.

Yes, it will give you stinky gas and make your poop feel %26quot;hot%26quot; lol. It%26#039;s just the spices.
