Last time I had two was last thursday...and I had two today..I only like the egg white, and usually throw the yolk away. Although sometimes I eat the yolk and white, and with the other hard boiled egg I just eat the egg white. I heard the yolk is filled with cholesterol and bad for you. Is this true?
Yes, it is true. The yolk contains mostly cholestrol(which you should avoid), while the egg-white is almost pure proteine.
No eggs are good, they are great protein!
