I am a former chef and live in Toronto Canada, I have bought Kosher milk here for years, and YES there is such thing, it has nothing to do with the Rabbi, but it is pasteurized at a higher temperature and is produced in a kosher dairy facility, I have drank it for years as even the 2% and 1% taste richer due tom the high temperature used in the process, it reduces the water content just a bit so 2% is as flavourful as the 3.25% homogenized one, it is so rich I thought the first time I bought it I picked up cream by mistake.
anything can be kosher.
kosher just means that a jewish priest has come by and blessed it there could be kosher candy or kosher brownies.
