I've heard green tea boosts your metabolism, and drinking lemon water helps you lose weight.
1.) does anyone actually have any PERSONAL experience saying either one works? and
2.) if you drink lemon water, does it have to be fresh lemon or is lemon juice okay?
Yes it does work. The amount of green tea you have to drink is actually alot, but it worked for me because I was using it to replace high calorie coffee drinks and sodas. Also, the lemon water really does work and you should only use fresh lemons. Lemon juice in a bottle usually contains sodium (unfortunately).
Green tea is great for your health. Lemon water is great first thing in the morning to get you metabolism going. Apple cider vinegar is another great one as well.
